The hotel location was great, as it was close to the bus station and central to the city attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that we felt safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had hot water 24/7, which was much appreciated after a long day of exploring.
The room was not up to par. The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable to use. The room itself was overcrowded with beds, leaving no space for anything else. In addition to this, there was no tea or coffee making facilities available. The lack of privacy was also disturbing, as staff members were constantly outside our window, creating noise and disturbance, even late at night.

Good value for budget travelers! The location is convenient for transport and sightseeing. The hot water is available 24/7 which is nice. the staff was friendly and tried their best to assist us during our stay.
The noise level was too high for us to enjoy our stay completely. The staff was loud and always nearby, making us feel like we lacked privacy.
